On 28th May I will run from Lidl Fort William to Lidl Bearsden, along the West Highland Way. A distance of 100 miles with over 14,000 feet of ascent. I'm hoping to do it within 24 hours.

I want to raise money for the STV Children's Appeal which exists to help the 1 in 4  children and young people who live in poverty across Scotland. As a proud Scot and father of three young children, this is a charity that is dear to my heart and I am proud that Lidl Scotland has been a partner since the Appeal's founding in 2011.

I will be running as part of the West Highland Way Challenge Race - which starts at 10:00 on Saturday 28th May. I'll run to the start line from the the Fort William store, and then run (perhaps walk, hobble or maybe crawl) from the official race finish line in Milngavie, to Lidl Bearsden on Sunday morning (maybe afternoon, maybe evening...)
