We support 2 great causes to help injured RL players and beat cancer!

Story

We all seem to be touched by cancer in one form or other - friends, friends of friends, family.... when I saw this challenge and read about Steve, I had to support in the only way I know and thats by 'doing' something practical and that means doing the challenge - The Itinerary of the Challenge is as follows

October 4th 18:00 Swim the Humber Estuary. Ings Far – Country Park Inn

October 4th 19:30 Cycle from Hull to Liverpool.

October 5th 18:15 Swim the Mersey. Monks Ferry – Echo Arena

October 5th 19:30 Run 18 Miles from Liverpool to the Runcorn Bridge.

October 6th 07:00 Kayak 26 Miles up Bridgewater Canal to Old Trafford. ETA 1600 Old Trafford

Please sponsor me - every penny counts and will ease the pain over the months of training as well as the 48 hours challenge.

About the charity

The Steve Prescott Foundation was set up by a totally inspirational man Steve Prescott MBE. In 2006 he was diagnosed with Pseudomyxoma Peritonei a terminal cancer & sought out to raise funds for The Christie Hospital and the Rugby League Benevolent Fund. The SPF changes the lives of so many people.
