My Sister and I are going to do a Tandem Skydive to raise funds for a charity close to our hearts, PKD Charity (Polycystic Kidney Disease). We will be doing the Skydive on 10th June 2012 (now rescheduled due to the poor weather! /date to be confirmed!!)

This is a charity close to our hearts as both my Dad and Sister have the disease. Because of this disease my Dad had a kidney transplant 11 years ago. Without the help from PKD and the research done both my Dad's and Sister's lives may not be as they are today. This fundraiser, as you can imagine, is very important for us to do. Polycystic Kidney Disease affects 1 in every 500 to 1000 people and is the most common inherited kidney disease.
