This year, I am taking part in the Glasgow Charity Fashion Show in aid of Glasgow Clyde Rape Crisis and am looking for your donations to help support this incredible charity. 

20% of women over 16 in Scotland have experienced sexual assault, and every 7 minutes a women is raped in the UK. 

GCRC is a charity, which works to support and advise women and girls affected by rape and sexual violence. 

As such, to continue GUFCS support, from Monday the 9th of January, I will be running 20k a day, for 7 days to raise as much money as possible for the charity ! For the 20% of women affected by sexual assault, and for the every 7 minutes it happens.

It’s going to be tough, with the Christmas flu and festivities taking their toll on my body already…but all worth it to raise awareness for this fantastic cause.

I’ll be running in Edinburgh and Glasgow so if anyone fancies joining me for some moral support, drop me a message! 💛
