Every five years or so Phil and I do a challenge, the last one was the Coast to Coast (across Britain), This year we plan to do the Pennine Way up the spine of England. 

Our challenges also raise money for good causes, when we did the Coast to Coast we collected money for the British Heart Foundation, it was a cause close to Phil's heart if you excuse the pun. This time we want to support Cancer Research UK, this disease has taken too many good people and it needs to get beaten.
