In just over 2 weeks I will be in and around lochness hopefully completing the marathon. The decision to raise money for the  Army Benevolent Fund (The Soldiers Charity) was an easy one. The ABF has seen a 30% increase in requests for support in the past two years. That means that the charity needs a staggering £7 million per year to meet these requests. With the increase in operations it is anticipated that by 2015 this figue needs to double!
