A bunch of us crazy folk will be running the 10km Mad Monk Run Challenge on the 17th May 2014 in aid of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital's Critical Care Unit and in special memory of Kay Parbat's wife Jasi. You can see Jasi's story by clicking on the link above.

Our aim is to raise £5000 so any donations will be greatly appreciated!
