I'm fundraising for MS Together because this charity provides much-needed support for MS fighters like myself. By supporting and bringing young people with MS together, we are able to connect with each other and know that we aren't alone :').

MS Together is a UK-based charity that exists to provide services of support and advice to people affected by MS, with a particular focus on those aged 18-35 living with MS.
