Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!
So... I will be attempting to run four marathons in four days to complete the Cotswold Way (102 miles). I will start running on 11 August from Chipping Campden and aim to reach Bath (still running hopefully!) four days later on 14 August. Day one will be the first marathon I’ve ever run, and then I will get up and do the same again the next day, and the next, and the next.
Every step will be to support Myeloma UK and do what I can to support further research into multiple myeloma, a hidden and currently incurable (terminal) blood cancer. Myeloma UK does incredible work supporting and educating patients and their families and friends; funding groundbreaking new research into treatments; and enabling innovative new clinical trials that bring new hope that one day this cancer will no longer be a terminal diagnosis. This is a cause that is very close to my heart, and is important to my family.
I am incredibly grateful for any donation you feel able to offer, and they will all go straight to this very worthwhile charity. Your support will keep me putting one foot in front of the other, through the blisters, aching muscles, rain, shine, or whatever else I will encounter as I run 100 miles. Thank you so much!
