On 6th October at 1.30pm I will be abseiling down the side of the KPMG building in Canary Wharf in aid of Barnardo's. 

NOTE: The last time I tried to abseil I freaked and chickened out, so by doing so not only will I be raising money for a fantastic charity, but I'll be conquering my fears as well (one hopes!).. 

I think the sheer fear I will have to go through is worth the sponsorship money alone, but if that's not enough, think about all the kids you'll be helping through Barnardo's :-)
