Gillian Anderson London Charity Walk, 23 March 2013

Story

Want to genuinely change a young person's life? Make me smile? Make Gillian Anderson smile? Read on. ;)

I'm taking part in a walk (The Gillian Anderson Charity Walk) this month in aid of Sa-Yes who provide much needed support for marginalised children and young people in South Africa.

A group of us are walking through London, visiting sites related to the actress and advocate Gillian Anderson (she has suggested places for us to visit), and raising money for her charity whilst doing so!

I'm a little late to add a personal page as I wasn't sure I'd make the event myself, however the team have raised over £1,300 so far - way over double our target!  And although me walking around my favourite city to help out my favourite charity co-founded by my favourite actress really isn't a hardship on me, if you can help us smash our (already well and truly smashed) target even more so, it would sure make me smile, and like I said, it would honestly change a life. Any teeny bit helps. Even £1. :)
