Story
1 in 4 people will experience some kind of mental health problem in the course of a year. It’s therefore pretty much guaranteed that we all know several people affected by varying degrees of mental health problem(s). Each of those friends/relatives/colleagues will have varying abilities to get through, or accept support for their problem(s).
Mind offer valuable support to anyone experiencing a mental health problem but also offer advice and information to anyone wanting to understand more about mental health.
I would like more people to have a better understanding about mental health problems and mental illness, with the hope that support for people with such problems and people caring for those with such problems will continue to improve.
So, although any donation will be gratefully received, I would also be grateful for your time in following one of the links below where you may learn something new about recognising mental health problems, the support available, and looking after yourself and others. I did.
