I'm doing the Sex:Positive 10k walk for Brook in February and am asking you to give just £5 to help reach my target. Although we live in tough financial times, most of us can still spare a fiver for a good cause. 

Brook is the only national voluntary sector provider of free and confidential sexual health advice and services specifically for young people under 25. 

I chose Brook because it's one of those charities that does incredibly important work but is rarely top of anyone's giving list and is likely to lose out in the current climate of cuts. I'm sure the tabloids would be delighted if young people were no longer able to receive free sexual health advice and services but I think it would be a step backwards.
