Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Luke has made the big decision to have his haircut!

Luke's dad, Adam, first got lymphoma before Luke was even born when he was only thirty. Unfortunately when Luke was a baby Adam's only chance of survival was a bone marrow transplant and in his case this didn't work. Luke at a very young age refused to cut his hair, perhaps due to seeing his dad suffering after so much chemo.

Adam lost his battle aged 45 when Luke was 6 and five years later Luke hopes to raise lots of money for a cancer charity.

Luke has little memory of his dad, although they are like peas in a pod and Adam would be so proud of him, as he would of all his boys. He was a man with a big heart who was taken too early from his three sons, but he would love to see them living life to the full and reaching for their dreams.

When Luke has had the big haircut he will be donating his hair to www.littleprincesses.org.uk where it will make a wig for a child with cancer.
