I've decided to run the Manchester 10k to raise funds for Rainbow Trust, who provide help and support to families who have a child with life threatening or terminal illness.  

No parent or family is prepared to deal with the devastating news that their child has a life threatening or terminal illness, but unfortunately many families are faced with this heart-breaking news every day. Anyone who's been touched by the struggles faced by families looking after a sick child or dealing with the death of a child will understand how tough it is and how important having support is.

Rainbow Trust offers invaluable support to families dealing with this reality and is such a worthy cause.  I’m putting in a big effort to get training and to run a good race on the 20 May so please please please support me and Rainbow Trust and make a donation big or small to help this great cause.
