It isn't about the 100% mark... It's about raising as much money as possible for a lifechanging cause. And the satisfaction of completing the process and giving Bowel Cancer UK more than they bargained for, would make this all worthwhile. We alone, can't change people's lives who are affected by Bowel Cancer... but we know who can and we are trying with all our might to give them as much financial support as possible. We hope that you believe in our cause and what it is that we're doing... because it saves lives and supports families. This is exactly what we believe in. 

 

Our names are Emma, Phil and Nick and we are currently fundraising for Bowel Cancer UK. We are 20 year old students, all studying at the University of Newcastle, respectively studying Law, English Language and Politics. Putting us into the bracket of 'students' however, does make the situation all the more difficult. A little perseverance can go a long way however, and this we feel is reflected in our current progress.

Bowel cancer has had a massive impact on our families and so there was never any doubt on choosing a relevant charity. This is why we have spent the past few months bag-packing, street-collecting and organising ourselves into the ground, and we shall continue to do so until we can do so, no more.

With many fundraising events to look forward to in the future, we are determined and positive that we can do a brilliant job on behalf of Bowel Cancer UK.
