All proceeds raised will go towards supporting children with congenital and acquired heart disease and their families across the UK and Ireland.

We had a great day with lots of children's entertainment, performances, stalls, lovely food and of course the Dragon Boat Races. These were great fun. I only met my team, The Vikings, in the morning and we started slow but got better with every race, finally posting a time of 1min 6 for the 200 metres. Well done to the Windy Pandas for winning.

The CHFD put on a cracker of a day, well done to everyone involved.
