Just prior to taking part with some of my amazing work colleagues at the Specsavers Watford Optical and Hearing Centre I'm really starting to panic whether this 5 mile obstacle course is possible!!

I'll be without my hearing aids making this even more challenging as mud and water don't really mix with hearing aids. So please dig deep in support of for this wonderful charity!
