Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In August/ September I will be climbing Kilimanjaro with my dad and sister. Its a great challenge for us all but one that we are really looking forward to taking on.

The charity I am climbing for is Cybersmile, formed in 2010 so that they may tackle the prominent issue of Cyberbullying.

Their ethos is:

As the first dedicated cyberbullying charity in the UK, we deliver professional advice, education and support to those affected and their families - alongside other major stakeholders, including: schools, the police service, local authorities, corporate organisations and the third sector.

I am the Education Officer of Act It Out! A small company of actors and actresses that deals with the topic of cyberbullying and bullying running Forum Theatre workshops with young people to explore and discuss their experiences of bullying in a safe environment.

We as a company feel bullying is an ever present problem in today's society, and that Cybersmile's work is vital to young victims of Cyberbullying.

Please help me to support this great charity and the young people whom they support on a day to day basis.
