As Im sure you will know Evie has a Auto-Immune Disease (EOSINOPHILIC GASTROETROCOLITIS) that affects her in many ways, the biggest daily impact is what she is & ISNT able to eat. She has a number of food allergies (dairy, wheat, gluten, pork, nuts, sesame, tuna & strawberries) she also has environmental allergies too and therefore her oral intake is limited. She is supprted by a special elemental feed which she recieves through a PEG in her tummy (feeding tube).

15th-20th May is National Eosinophilic Week, parents all over the country will be eatin ONLY the foods their children CAN eat on FRIDAY 20TH MAY to raise awareness and more importantly money for research into this disease. This is what IIl be doing & carrying a backpack around that weighs the same as Evies feeding equipment.
