As most of you know, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis about 3 years ago....bit of a shock at the time, but thanks to a great Doctor & a team at Southend hospital it now seems to be under control...well most of the time!

I've also got my brother Ian involved in the GNR, and he may have to carry me!

I am glad I'm doing the race, but ask me again at 12 miles....with one still to go!
