Jo, Val and myself have been running together for many years now and have decided to challenge ourselves by signing up to the Thames Path Challenge, which is a 100km run over 2 days. In order not to appear mad by doing this for fun, we agreed to raise money for the Essex Air Ambulance, which provides a vital life-saving Helicopter Emergency Medical Service 365 days a year and currently costs £2,700 per mission. Please help us raise £1000 towards this excellent cause, which we may well need at the end of day 2. Thanks, will keep you posted on our progress/pain.
