I am taking part in the Herts 10k, this is the flagship fundraising event for the wonderful work that Rennie Grove Hospice do

I will be doing this for Alex Demain, a dear friend, who I grew up with along with his incredible family.

Alex passed last year after loosing his battle to cancer, however the care that the hospice provide, allowed Alex to live his last moments at home, surrounded by the people and family he loved.
