Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have decided to take part in the Bristol 10km run on the 11th of May 2014 to raise as much money as possible for Leukaemia and Lymphoma research!

Young people can be particularly affected by these blood cancers and around 30,000 people, from babies to grandparents, are diagnosed in the UK each year. Leukaemia and Lymphoma research use donations to invest in the best UK research into blood cancer and aim to find a cure for all these diseases and improve the quality of life for all patients touched by leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and related conditions.

Unfortunately my eldest brother was diagnosed with hodgkins lymphoma back in 2012. After a long and tough battle with cancer he has finally pulled through and has been clear for a whole year now. Thanks to the work conducted by charities such as Leukaemia and Lymphoma research; my brother is still here with us today.

Please help and make a donation, however large or small, so that we can help others affected by this disease and hopefully one day beat cancer!
