Story

Hello all,

Firstly, thank you for visiting my page.

2012 has been the year of Running for me – I’m not quite Forest Gump yet, but I feel like I’m heading that way with the amount of running I’ve done!

In April 2012 I completed The London Marathon in 4.21hrs – it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done but I’m proud to have done it and I will enjoy watching it in future years from the comfort of my sofa!

In September 2012 I aim to run The Great North Run in under 2hrs. I am running for the Susan Channon Breast Cancer Trust , which I’m sure you will agree is a truly worthy cause.  I need to raise a minimum of £250.00 so would really appreciate it if you could donate. Without wanting to sound like a presenter from Children in need…. please remember, every donation really does counts and I’d appreciate any donations, however big or small.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thanks in advance for your support – I will report back on my time!

 Enjoy your summer.
