Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

If you can spare a donation for Cancer Research today, however small, I would be so grateful.

Sadly, we all know someone affected by cancer. This year so far has been incredibly challenging for a few people I love dearly, and despite putting many things into perspective, it's really motivated me to do as much as I can to help.

Every day, revolutionary work and treatment is edging nearer to defeating this disease, and Cancer Research have saved millions of lives by finding new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer.

I've decided this year to set myself the challenge of running the Lincoln Half Marathon.

I'm fully committed to completing the full 13.1 miles (against a background of 0 running experience) and if I can raise money for this deserving charity I'd be over the moon.
