Inspired by my wonderful sister, who completed the London Marathon last month, I'm cycling from London to Brighton on 6th September.

That's 54 miles, one woman, one bike, and probably a very sore bum by the end.

Assuming I actually survive this, all the money raised is going to SpecialEffect, a very wonderful and amazing charity who use technology to help adults and children with physical disabilities carry on doing what they love - play video games.

Through eye-movement alone, we help people operate a computer so they can communicate and regain a little independence - giving them a voice when they don’t have one of their own.
