We enable physically disabled people to to enjoy inclusion through technology

Story

Inspired by my wonderful sister, who completed the London Marathon last month, I'm cycling from London to Brighton on 6th September.

That's 54 miles, one woman, one bike, and probably a very sore bum by the end.

Assuming I actually survive this, all the money raised is going to SpecialEffect, a very wonderful and amazing charity who use technology to help adults and children with physical disabilities carry on doing what they love - play video games.

From SpecialEffect: 'We specialise in Eye Control Technology. Imagine: You wake up after an accident. You can’t move anything except your eyes. And you can’t speak. Through eye-movement alone, we help people operate a computer so they can communicate and regain a little independence - giving them a voice when they don’t have one of their own.

Tom, a young lad we helped wrote simply: “I just want to thank you for giving me my life back.”
