The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Hi my name is Emily and I am 12 years old. Dancing is my whole life. I have been dancing since I was 3 and have recently been diagnosed with AVN ( Avascular necrosis) which basically means one of the bones in my foot has died. It will recover with rest but I have been told I cannot dance for up to a year. Anyone who knows me, will know how much this has devestated me  (as I normally dance 6 hours a week), but things could be much worse so I have decided to do something positive with my time whilst not dancing.

I have decided to have my long hair cut off and donate it to little princess trust for them to make it into a wig for a child suffering from cancer.

However it costs £350 to make the wig once I have donated my hair so I would like to raise this money to cover the cost.

Please donate as much as you are able , to help me give  this special gift and make someone smile.

Thank you x
