I'm running the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2021 in aid of the NAS, whose work is vital in supporting people like my amazing older brother Adam.

When I first signed up to this event over 18 months ago, inspired by Adam, I had no idea that I would ultimately be running it in his memory. Adam very sadly and unexpectedly passed away last month following a short illness, but I know he will be with me in spirit every step of the way.

Growing up with Adam, who had autism, the NAS has always been a charity close to our hearts. Since he was born, we have seen major improvements in autism diagnosis, support and awareness. Much of that is due to the fantastic work of the NAS and wider community, but there is still a long way to go - so please consider donating if you can.

Adam is a real inspiration to me and I hope to do him proud on race day ❤️
