Natural disasters hit without warning leaving victims helpless, crying out for someone to come and rescue them. I am fundraising for RedR because they help provide the rescue teams. RedR responds to natural disasters by training the local residents on how to help themselves and be eachother's heroes. They teach search and rescue, basic first aid, how to establish basic sanitation, clean water, and shelter when everything is in disarray. 

I will be taking on the challenge of climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in June 2014 along with 14 colleagues to raise awareness of the needs of natural disaster victims and RedR's mission.
