On Wednesday, 20th July 2022 my beautiful sister Shelley took her own life. 

Shelley had ADHD and like many neurodivergent people, she struggled immensely with her mental health. Despite her own difficulties, Shelley was always keen to help others. In her memory, we are raising money for the ADHD Foundation in the hope we can help other neurodivergent people find happiness and fulfilment.
