I joined the Boys and Girls Club of Spokane Board of Directors because a great friend and mentor George Garber asked me to join and make an impact back in 2012. In the last 8 years I have gotten to see a lot of great work done by the Organization, staff, board and the community. I took over the Live Mas Golf tournament after it’s first year and ran it for the following 5 years. This year I turned over the event to a great Board Member Alex so that I can pursue and focus on being President of the Board in 2021. The Club is so critical to the lives of those who need us most. We play a critical role in the success of high risk youth. 

Your support in this fundraiser is important because we need funds now more that ever. My catch phrase is “ours doors are open when others aren’t” (Before/After school, Summer, Breaks).  The sad part is that more doors are closed than ever before during these times and we need to do everything we can to make sure our doors are open for the kids that need us the most. We can bring a lot of value to the Valley, N. Side and Mead through out partnerships with the schools and communities.
