Hey guys, thanks for taking an interest in my cause. I'm planning to raise money for Great Ormond Street hospital Children's Charity. My cousin has been a patient at Great Ormand Street Hospital for his whole life and if it weren't for them he wouldn't be with us today. Please give a small donation and help other children like my cousin.
Lucas was born 9 weeks early weighing just
920g and
32cms long. The first six months of his life in GOSH consisted of 8
operations
to fix his bowl and various heart operations, including one where his
aorta had
developed a loop around his windpipe and oesophagus and was strangling
him! He
went home on oxygen and slowly grew stronger. However, when he was
almost 2 1/2
years old, he was diagnosed with cancer of the liver, one of the rarest
forms of cancer in children. GOSH was there for him again and treated
him with
chaemotheropy. He was lucky enough to receive a donor liver transplant
just
in time to save his life. He has had a few more smaller operations since
so has
notched up a total of 17! GOSH really have saved his life and continue
to help
him and thousands of others like him every day.Thank you.
