Lauren and I are running the Brighton Marathon to put all the running we have done in the past year to the test. Mental health is very important for both of us, especially recently because our best friend lost her lovely mum, Steph. This is why we our very proud to run for Mind so they can continue to provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.
