On Sunday 13th July, I will be running 10K through central London to raise money for Alzeihmer's Research UK. 

Those close to me will understand why this charity is so close to my heart. I will be running with my precious Nanny Lil in mind who has been living with Alzeihmer's for over 10 years. 

When my Nan was diagnosed, all it really meant to me was she was a bit forgetful. Now, as an adult, having grown myself and watched all the twists and turns my Nan has gone through, I fully understand how important it is to raise money for reasearch to help put an end to this disease.

I'd like to thank those who have loved and helped care for my Nan in recent years (Mum & Richard) in particular and to everyone at Park Lodge.
