Like many of you I also can't believe I am running the marathon in April! The only thing that will  keep me going (other than the promise of a pint at the end) is knowing that this is all for a really good cause. Shelter works throughout the UK to tackle homelessness providing help, advice and comfort to people who find themselves out of options. In the UK there are 82,000 households classified as homeless, it's estimated 3,500 people sleep rough every night across the country and this figure has doubled since 2010. It's a massive issue and every penny you donate will go straight to the cause.
