Story

Hi Everyone, thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

In May last year I weighted 14st 2lbs,  I had put on a lot of weight on a few years ago re a epilepsy medication I was on, which also affected my fitness & mobility.

I decided I needed some help & found a lovely personal trainer who as really helped me to change my diet to  a lot healthier one & also improved my fitness too, my helping me to gain confidence  to attend the gym.

She is also very understanding of my epilepsy & how this as affected my diet re cooking & as helped me look at ways of cooking & preparing meals more safety which again as really helped me to gain confidence in this area too.

I now weight 11st 12lbs and have come to a bit of a block, so I have chosen Epilepsy Action as my fundraising to help motivate  me to  achieve my final go my loosing another 1 to 2 stone & carrying on improving my fitness to.

I started with epilepsy at the age of 7 yrs old, and you constantly have to over come barriers, but I would just like to spread more epilepsy awareness & raise funds for a very good charity so they can carry on helping people with epilepsy & their carer's. Thank you so much.
