Having signed myself up for this massive personal challenge Ross decided he couldn't have me cross a marathon finish line before him, so naturally has also signed up for a casual 26.2 mile jaunt around the city!

We have put all sibling rivalry aside and will be running (albeit at different speeds) for The Royal Marsden. This is a cause close to our hearts after the hospital gave 'Mum's Mum' 8 years of incredible care when she was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer in 2002, which gave us so many more wonderful memories.

The Royal Marsden cares for over 50,000 patients each year and is also at the forefront of cancer research which influences how cancer patients are treated worldwide. Having also lost our Aunt Sharon to cancer last year we are reminded just how vital research is towards combating cancer, which touches so many of us.
