Elizabeth has been worrying about people who are homeless and wants to do something to help.  She originally wanted to give our house to somone who needed one, or for us to buy a house for someone in need.  Dean and I have explained that you can raise money for charities which can help homeless people.  We also explained that one way to do this is to ask people to sponsor you to do something hard.  Elizabeth has decided that she wants to walk 100 miles for a charity which helps the homeless.  We have chosen Julian house as a local charity which does just this. 

She started on the 1st  January 2021.

Julian House provides life changing support to over 1,400 vulnerable individuals across the South West, including those suffering from homelessnes. Alongside our emergency hostel, we also provide supported accommodation and training and education opportunities to help people gain confidence, re-build their lives and fulfil their potential.
