After seeing my Mum suffer Dementia for the past 10yrs I thought it was time to do more than just care for her and help others touched by this terrible and debilitating disease of the mind, that steals your most precious memories.  There is nothing more heartbreaking than a parent forgetting their children and slowly being forgotten by your Mum, the days of clarity are precious and I would love to see an end to this insidious disease of the mind by supporting the charities trying to make this happen.

I am asking for $10 (or more if you wish) via this site or on the day. It is an easy walk for adults and children and we will get a ferry back to the Zoo from Kirribilli wharf. Kids are welcome.
