I am taking part in the London 10k to raise money for the MND Association.  My dear friend, Jane's father died of this devastating illness 18 months ago.  All money raised will go towards finding a cure for the disease and providing support to sufferers and their families.  Please dig as deep as you can to support us and to see me panting along in a fetching blue nylon vest!
