Story
The Brain Tumour Charity is at the forefront of the fight to defeat brain tumours, making a difference every day to the lives of people with a brain tumour and their families. We fund pioneering research to increase survival, raise awareness of the symptoms and effects of brain tumours and provide support for everyone affected to improve quality of life. We are committed to having the biggest possible impact for every person affected by a brain tumour, and to defending the most amazing part of the human body.
Firstly I’d like to thank you for taking the time to visit my page. This is a charity that is very close to my heart.
On the 4th of November 2013 my dad lost his battle to cancer after suffering for 18 months. His brain tumour took his life away and left all our family and friends in devastation and pain. During the last 18months my dad received chemo therapy, radiotherapy and had many operations to try and reduce the tumour but the cancer was too strong and deteriorated my dad quickly. Cancer is cruel and has to be cured!
I am flying out to South Africa and after landing from one plane to jumping out another, in hope to support other families going through this heartbreaking condition. Although this is going to be a scary experience nothing could be more frightening than battling this disease as well as watching someone you love being destroyed by cancer.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for donating, all of your donations go directly to the charity as I am funding the skydive myself.
I hope I’m making you proud daddy and following your footsteps in always trying to help others. Love you millions x x x
