Elise completed our family like a missing puzzle...🧩. She was born completely healthy with no complications, and she made us happy from very first day. Unfortunately, after some time, we noticed that our now four year-old daughter was not developing as well as her peers... professional examinations began...Microdeletion 14q11.2. A very rare genetic defect, which causes her further psychomotor development, vision disorders, hypotonia, attention disorders, atypical four faces, Elise also has major metabolic problems which is causing her bad constipation, and problems can be compounded over time. She was also diagnosed with autism. Elise is a very smart little girl who tries her best every day, it does makes us very happy to see her progress. Elise was attending nursery in Slovakia, but now we have moved to Scotland and unfortunately Elise did not settle in nursery at all. Elise usually doesn't play with the children around her, even though she has her own little world in her head, which sometimes only she understands, but she is still popular among children ❤️. We used to attend a regular rehabilitation center which became our second home, and now we are trying to find something similar for Elise as rehabilitation is very important for her. 

It's not always easy, just like each of us, we also have better and worse days, but we try to manage it and I know that we can do it together ❤️ Elise has me as a mother, a father and a wonderful sister Nicole with whom they are an inseparable pair ❤️ Thank you for all the support , we really appreciate it 🙏
