My name is Ralf and I am 4 years old. It's my birthday on the 22nd July and I will be 5. Iv'e decided that I want to celebrate by raising money for the hospital that has helped me all my life.

I have a rare condition called Hirschsprungs's Disease and Spincter Achalasia. It means that I have to go to hospital sometimes and that I need my family to look after me extra carefully. it causes pain and sometimes I get embarrassed. But it's ok because I'm extra cool, and I have loads of great friends. they are going to raise money on my birthday too!

So on my birthday me and my friends are going to do a sponsored ride on our local cycle track, and raise loads of money for Bristol Childrens Hospital, so that they can help other poorly kids!!
