Дорогие мои друзья, вот и в этом году я с трепетом и страхом, собираюсь побежать 21 км в одном из любимейших моих городов на земле Париже! Все вместе мы собираем средства для детей с особыми нуждами, которым именно в России, как вы знаете, более тяжело. Давайте вместе поможем Фонду и с мира по ниточке соберем средства на осуществление мечты! В этом году это специальные комнаты терапии для детей с особенностями развития. Я очень волнуюсь и надеюсь вы поможете мне настроится  и преодолеть саму себя! Вместе мы обязательно сможем!!!!! 

Cari amici anche quest'anno partecipo alla selezione della squadra di Naked Heart Foundation per correre la mezza maratona di Parigi. E non è semplice per me prendere una decisione del genere. Sono fuori allenamento e ho tanto paura! Tutto ciò per raccogliere i fondi per bambini con bisogni speciali in Russia. La situazione in Russia per questi bambini è tragica, non ci sono i programmi governali per avere lo sviluppo inclusivo nella società, sono praticamente esclusi dal mondo intero ed i genitori combattono con i problemi d soli. Quest'anno il progetto e' di organizzare le stanze con una terapia speciale gratuita per le famiglie con questi bambini per poter imparare a convivere con i bisogni speciale e migliorare l'autostima, e a svolgere attività sensoriale. Insieme possiamo fare la differenza!
