We are among the most unlikely group of athletes you will ever encounter. As lawyers, we are nocturnal in our working pattern, excessive in our drinking and almost allergic to exercise!

Why then, you may ask, is the Kings Chambers' Speedy Seven undertaking the Leeds 10km in July?

The answer is simple. Yorkshire Cancer Research is a fabulous charity and #TeamKings hopes to raise as much money as possible for this great cause. We've all, like many of you, seen friends and loved ones affected by cancer. We run in celebration of those who've come through it, in support of those battling on and in memory of those who are no longer with us and to support the sterling work done by Yorkshire Cancer Research.
