As many of you know I spent last summer in Uganda building a project with a team of volunteers for the local primary school.
The experience was just incredible. Many of the children had never seen a playground before, let alone played on one.

The chance to play is so important in a child's life. It helps creativity, socialisation, development and a welcome relief to the demanding and often difficult situations these children experience on a daily basis.

For these reasons I think EAP is an incredible charity and so I'm heading back out to Uganda this July as a Project Leader this time with a team of eager volunteers. So many of you were extremely generous in your donations last year and should be very proud of yourselfs!

It's a lot to ask again, but if you remember playing on a playground as a child and would like to offer that chance to kids who haven't had this opportunity, then we would all be extremely gratefull!

100% of donations go straight into the Playground (I fund all my own expenses) and I get stuck into the digging, cementing, sanding and painting-no sitting about on this project!
