• In February 2022 I am going to attempt to ride 100miles on the bike everyday for a week (700) miles all in aid of @sionmullanefoundation 💛
• I never did get to meet my partners bestfriend Siôn who lost his life to suicide in 2020, but everyone who did have that pleasure has told me of the beautiful human being he was. With Siôn in mind it’s easy for me to push my body to the limits.
