Those of you who know me will no doubt have heard me speak of my friends Vicky and Simon and their amazing and brave 16 year old daughter, Alice, who is terminally ill with Hodgkins Lymphoma.  They have been inspired to set up this charity to provide free breaks and holidays in the Lake District to other families from anywhere in the UK with seriously ill or terminally ill children.  Their work is tireless and truely inspirational...which is how I have ended up joining Vicky and Simon on this little mountain trek...!!!
