Hello, me, Adam, Sam and Elliot are having a true family day out by running the Manchester 10k in May 2013 in memory of my late father, David.  Unknowingly he had contracted Hepatitus C from a blood transfusion in the 1960's and although he led a normal happy life and raised a family, this terrible disease eventually took it's toll and took him away from us at the tender age of 50.  My dad was a great man who loved his family, and absolutely doted on his grandsons, he was full of life, laughter and jokes and I'm sure he'll be laughing at us huffing and puffing on the day itself. 

Any donations, big or small, are greatly appreciated, they will go to a very worthy charity which is trying to raise awareness of this horrible disease and help fund research to find a better cure for it.  Thank you, Elaine, Adam, Sam & Elliot xx
